- Care : Dip the piece overnight in water and keep it for drying in a ventilated place. Once completely dried brush vegetable oil on the inner surface and leave it for drying for 2 hours. After 2 hours, rinse it with water and dry before using. The process is to be followed before your first use. Post which the pan can be washed the regular way with soap and soft brush. Before storing the piece ensure its completely dried.
- If the pot is hot, do not pour cold water in it. Let it come to room temperature before washing.
